Order Processing
Customers are able to place orders for PremiumMemory.com online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We process and ship orders weekdays during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. [CST]. Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be processed the following day or the following Monday if placed on Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday. No order processing takes place on nationally recognized holidays or weekends.
Shipping Options
We ship all memory orders via UPS and U.S. Postal Service. For our customer protection we require all shipping addresses be either the same as the credit card billing address or listed as an alternate address with the credit card company.
International Orders
We are currently looking into accepting International orders, but at this time we are unable to ship orders outside the United States. We are also unable to accept orders placed using International Credit Cards.
Fraud Protection Service
As a service to our customers we check every order placed for validity. If we have any questions or concerns about an order we may contact you or the credit card company at our discretion. Because of this additional fraud protection service provided, order processing may require additional time for verification.
